Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Customer must reach out within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Item must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Not applicable for noted and/or final sale items.

Defects & Damage

We stand behind our products and pride ourselves for having amazing quality control to ensure there are no mishaps. However, there may be a rare case where a faulty item slips through. Feel free to contact us at hi@dearmillie.co if you received the wrong order or damaged product, and we will make it right. If the product is damaged, make sure to include photos of the box and product(s).

Not covered under manufacturing defects:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items that have been modified
  • Accidental damage or stains
