Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Please email us at hi@dearmillie.co within 7 days of receiving your item, include the order number and products in your email that you wish to return/exchange and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to begin the return process.
All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Not applicable for noted and/or final sale items.
Please remember that our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, this means there will be slight variations to this nature which is part of the beauty.
Defects & Damage
We stand behind our products and pride ourselves for having amazing quality control to ensure there are no mishaps. However, there may be a rare case where a faulty item slips through. Feel free to contact us at hi@dearmillie.co if you received the wrong order or damaged product, and we will make it right. If the product is damaged, make sure to include photos of the box and product(s).
Not covered under manufacturing defects:
- Normal wear and tear
- Items that have been modified
- Accidental damage or stains
