All items are shipped within 1-4 days of purchase. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided by email. Dear Millie is not responsible for change of address, or delayed shipments once they are in the mailing system.

International Shipping

There have been unpredictable delays in shipping to customers outside of the United States. Because of these delays, we will be temporarily suspending all international shipping. We hope to resume shipping to our international customers as soon as possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Please email us at hi@dearmillie.co within 7 days of receiving your item, include the order number and products in your email that you wish to return/exchange and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to begin the return process.

All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Not applicable for noted and/or final sale items.

Please remember that our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, this means there will be slight variations to this nature which is part of the beauty.

Defects & Damage

We stand behind our products and pride ourselves for having amazing quality control to ensure there are no mishaps. However, there may be a rare case where a faulty item slips through. Feel free to contact us at hi@dearmillie.co if you received the wrong order or damaged product, and we will make it right. If the product is damaged, make sure to include photos of the box and product(s).

Not covered under manufacturing defects:

• Normal wear and tear
• Items that have been modified
• Accidental damage or stains

Every fabric has its own care and wash instructions that will help to keep your garment in top condition. Our advice: Spot clean when you can and avoid overwashing with the organic apparel, as this can help the natural fibers maintain their strength for years to come and reduce water usage. Adult supervision is required at all times. Our teethers and pacifier Clips are made with secure knots, give your item a small tug each time before use to ensure it is secure. Adults and children ages 4+ may be able to break with force, baby use only. Discontinue use at first signs of wear. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

• Wood is made from Beechwood and very smooth.
• Finished with Organic Coconut Oil.
• Clean with soap & water.
• Not dishwasher safe.
• Do not freeze.
